West Niagara Fair was in need of a sponsorship brochure to aid in attaining sponsors for the 2015 Fair taking place this fall. An attractive design, highlighting the benefits and options was required.
West Niagara Fair is relatively new as fairs go, in that the Lincoln Agricultural Society and the Smithville Agricultural Society merged a few years ago to form the new West Niagara Agricultural Society (WNAS). The past 2 years, the annual fair has been held at the Smithville Arena grounds while waiting on a new facility to be constructed as the home of the West Niagara Fair.
That facility - the West Niagara Agricultural Centre is now under construction and will be available for the Fall Fair taking place September 10-13th, 2015. The new location is at the corner of Mud St. and Mountain Rd. in Beamsville.
WNAS being comfortable with the work of YDV Group through their Raise the Barn. Grow the Community fundraising campaign, asked us to design a brochure to help directors of the organization secure sponsors for the upcoming fair in September. They asked for something bright, lively and not too complicated - something that shows the benefits of sponsorship and the parameters for each level of sponsorship.
First we developed the packages, wrote the copy and then created the brochure. It was designed on 8.5 x 14 paper to fold down to 3.5 x 8.5 size for ease of mailing the brochure to perspective sponsors.
We were asked to have the brochure ready for the monthly board meeting for its members and it was.
"Debi I just wanted to say thanks for your hard work on the sponsorship form, it turn out great and thanks for meeting the dead line this was important for the group." ~ Albert Witteveen, President West Niagara Agricultural Society.

Many businesses are full of activity but short on momentum. When marketing, sales, and operations operate without shared direction, everything feels harder than it should. Alignment, not effort, is often the missing piece that turns motion into progress.
