Crochet Do Dads E-Commerce Responsive Website

A little known fact about Debi Katsmar of PRowl Communication -- she is also a crochet pattern designer.

Her patterns are purchased from around the world and have been featured in magazines and books. She is one of the few crochet-designers to design specifically for the horse owner. Crochet Do Dads' new responsive e-commerce website was just what Debi needed to streamline sales and free up her time to concentrate on her marketing business.

After her old website crashed in January, it was time to overhaul the website - make it more user-friendly, automated and provide for a great customer experience when buying the patterns on the website. The site is fully responsive, adapting to computer, laptop and smartphone users easily. Her customers can purchase the patterns as easily from their smartphone as their desktop.

The website has a simple on-line shopping cart with payment received via PayPal from her clients. The shopping experience is totally automated. As the patterns are downloadable PDFs, when a customer purchases one of Debi's patterns, they automatically receive a link to download the pattern. Payment is sent to Crochet Do Dads via paypal and an invoice is generated for the sale - all through the website. The only thing Debi has to do is transfer the money collected to her bank account.

Reporting is simple - with handy features like customer data and invoices to-date. And, the best part - all this is handled by the simple and easy to use content management system.

When a B2B Business Has Outgrown the Way It Operates

A business can outgrow the way it operates long before anyone says it out loud. What starts to change is not always the demand for the business, but the amount of effort it takes to keep everything moving. It is worth looking at whether the business itself has changed faster than the way it is being run.
